Bought it for my 1 year old and the first one I have him he immediately choked on it and I had to pat his back and put my finger down his throat to get it out then deal with a crying hysterical baby for an hour. Change your product size so it's not perfectly baby throat size or stop selling them

Bought this a week or two ago. My daughter had eaten 3/4 of the container when I found a puff that was dark brown with white spots on it. Looked moldy to me. Threw out the entire container.
