Dosage
Adults: 3 gummies daily (can be taken at the same time) with food prior to conception, during pregnancy, and when breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

The flavour of these are not too bad, but the texture is disgusting. They're not gummy like a gummy bear, they're mushy and slightly gritty. I'm struggling to get through the one bottle I bought and I dread taking them.

I bought these a couple days ago, they expire in Feb 2024, but for some reason, they taste and smell fishy. Get the ones you can swallow, these aren't good at all. Oh and I am not pregnant, I am taking these because I am trying to get pregnant.
Also, kind of surprised that the nutritional values aren't listed... how much sugar is in these? And also missing iron...

I chose this because it was gelatin free and gummies are easy to taste. I'm glad I don't have any issues as yet. What I dislike is the ingredients missing on the bottle and no iron. I feel its incomplete with less dosage and no iron for someone wanting to be a mother in future.
